De Alturas Resort - Candolim

The staff were professional, always ready to assist. My room was spacious, beautifully clean, and well-maintained. The location was perfect, just a pleasant ten-minute walk to the beach.

The door lock sensor card failed, leaving guests to force open their doors!!! The pool area is far too small for the number of guests, and the bar feels more like an afterthought!!!

The hotel is located in a peaceful area away from the market and close to Candolim Beach. the staff is friendly and always happy to help with a smile, creating a pleasant atmosphere. the rooms are comfortable and the breakfast provided is sumptuous, with facilities such as clean swimming pool and clean bathrooms.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Clean rooms with excellent service. The pool was refreshing and the location was perfect. We were able to easily walk to the beach and market area. the hotel was conveniently located near a Hindu temple which we were able to visit. The staff was friendly and accommodating. a great experience.

The rooms were clean and spacious, pool area was lovely with enough beds, great location with easy access to the beach and restaurants, 24-hour security guard for added safety, daily room cleaning.

The hotel fell short of our expectations, as it was not as clean as we had hoped. the bathroom had not been properly cleaned and had black mould around the sink.
